Valentina Rizzo, born in 1989, is a young chef from Salento. At just 22 years old, she took command of the kitchen at her family's restaurant, La Farmacia dei Sani, which now also includes a cocktail bar, La Farmacia dei Contenti. Together with her siblings, they revolutionize the concept: tradition evolves without abandoning the past. From a typical trattoria to a restaurant focused on taste research, after various formative experiences, she has learned new techniques and now offers innovative flavors.
