Just like his brother Chicco, he has traveled extensively and has a nickname: Bobo. With three Michelin stars embroidered on his white jacket, he is the Executive Chef of Ristorante Da Vittorio in Brusaporto, in the province of Bergamo. He is one of the five "stars" that make up one of the most prestigious families of restaurateurs in the world. Passionate about cooking since he was a child, after a series of internships in France, he returned to Bergamo to be close to his family and further develop his culinary career. Enthusiastic about first courses, he applies his technique and creativity to a series of delicious and evocative recipes that represent the highest Mediterranean gastronomic tradition.
