Caterina Ceraudo

Caterina Ceraudo, born in 1987, is at the helm of the family restaurant "Dattilo," which now boasts three Michelin stars. She has a boundless passion for cooking and a great love for wine. After graduating in oenology from Pisa in 2011, she discovered that her love for cooking surpassed her love for wine, leading her to pursue a career as a chef to showcase Southern Italy in a modern light. She describes her cuisine as balanced and light, a mission that may seem paradoxical in Calabria, but only at first glance.
