To prepare hard-boiled eggs, begin by placing the eggs in a saucepan with cold water 1; ensure the water covers the eggs. Place the saucepan on the heat and bring it to a boil, then cook for 9 minutes over medium heat 2. After this time, drain the eggs and cool them under running water or transfer them to a bowl filled with ice water 3.
Lightly tap the tip on the counter to crack the shell 4, then gently peel off the shell 5. Your hard-boiled eggs are ready to be enjoyed however you like 6!
To prepare soft-boiled eggs, place a small pot of water on the stove. Once the water reaches a gentle boil, carefully add the eggs 7 and cook for 6 minutes over medium heat 8. After this time, drain the eggs and cool them under running water or transfer them to a bowl filled with ice water 9.
Gently tap the tip of the egg on the countertop to crack the shell 10, then carefully peel away the shell 11. Your soft-boiled eggs are now ready to enjoy as you like, perhaps with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper 12!
How to store
It is recommended to consume both hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs immediately.
It's not advisable to wait for the water to boil before adding eggs to the pot, as this could cause the shells to crack. If you prefer a less firm yolk, you can reduce the cooking time to 8 minutes. Conversely, for a firmer yolk, extend the cooking time to 10 minutes.

How to easily peel eggs?
We recommend that before peeling the eggs, tap them at the point where the air cell is located, at the base of the egg. Then, roll the egg on a cutting board to remove the outer shell even more easily.
