To prepare the blueberry swirls, pour the milk and water into a small saucepan 1, heat until it reaches 95°F 2, and, off the heat, add the crumbled yeast 3.
Stir to dissolve it 4, then add the eggs 5 and whisk to combine the mixture 6.
In the bowl of the stand mixer, pour the flour, sugar 7, and salt 8. Turn on the hook at low speed 1 -1.5 and add the vanilla. Pour in the still warm mix 9.
Incorporate the butter 10 and let the hook work for 3-4 minutes until the dough is well combined 11. Transfer the mixture to a lightly floured work surface 12.
Knead until the dough is smooth, shape it into a loaf 13, and place it in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap 14 and let it rise in the oven turned off with the light on for about 2 hours. It should double in volume 15.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface to obtain a rectangle of about 20 x 14 inches 16. Spread the jam 17 and roll the dough from the long side 18.
Divide in half 19 and place on a tray with plastic wrap, chill in the fridge for half an hour. Cut the two rolls to obtain 12 swirls 20, place them on a 11 x 8 inch baking tray lined with parchment paper 21, cover with plastic wrap and let them rise for an hour. Bake in a preheated static oven at 390°F for about 20 minutes.
Remove the swirls from the oven and let them cool down 22. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting: in a bowl, pour the cheese, sugar 23, and lemon zest 24.
Mix all the ingredients together using a whisk 25 and slowly add the milk until you get a smooth consistency. Drizzle the blueberry swirls with the glaze 27 and serve.
