INGREDIENTS

Udon 14.1 oz (400 g) - pre-cooked
Yellow peppers 3.5 oz (100 g) - (to clean)
Red peppers 3.5 oz (100 g) - (to clean)
Carrots 3.5 oz (100 g)
Zucchini ¾ cup (100 g)
Fresh scallion 1 cup (100 g)
Fresh ginger 1.8 oz (50 g)
Garlic 1 clove
Fresh chili pepper 1.1 oz (30 g)
Vegetable oil 1 spoonful
Sesame seeds to taste
For the sauce
Soy sauce 0.3 cup (70 g)
Sriracha sauce 1 tsp
Sesame seeds to taste

How to prepare Udon with vegetables

To prepare the udon with vegetables, first clean the bell peppers and cut them into strips and then into thin slices 1 2. Clean and slice the scallion 3.

Cut the zucchini into rounds 4 and then into sticks 5, then slice the garlic 6.

Do the same for the carrots 7 8 and ginger 9.

Finally, slice the chili pepper into rounds 10. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok, then add the chili, red and yellow bell peppers 11, garlic, and ginger 12.

Continue with the carrots, scallion 13, and zucchini 14. Cook over high heat for about 7 minutes, stirring often 15.

Storage
