To prepare the stir-fried soy spaghetti, soak the spaghetti in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, or better yet, leave them in cold water overnight 1. Clean and slice the onion 2, cut the zucchini into sticks 3.
Clean and cut the carrot into sticks as well 4. Peel the ginger 5 and cut it into sticks 6.
Cut the chili pepper into strips 7. Pour a dash of oil into the wok 8, add the onions, ginger, and chili pepper 9. Let them wilt for a few minutes.
Add the minced meat 10, season with salt 11, pepper, and stir-fry for a moment, then brown and deglaze with rice wine 12.
Add the vegetables 13 and soy sprouts 14. Drain the soaked spaghetti here 15, add the water as well. Stir to flavor.
Now pour the dark soy sauce 16 and then the light soy sauce. Add the water, stir again to blend, cover with the lid 17 and cook for 5 minutes. Finally, add a dash of seed oil 18.
Stir-fry one last time 19, serve the soy spaghetti 20 garnishing the plates with edible flowers 21.
