To prepare the microwave prawns, first focus on the cleaning of the prawns. Using a pair of scissors, cut off the legs 1, remove the shell 2 leaving the head and tail. Make a cut on the back and remove the intestine 3.
Wash the parsley and finely chop it with a knife 4 5. Squeeze a lemon to obtain the juice 6.
Prepare the citronette that will be used to season the prawns. Place the parsley in a bowl, add the lemon juice 7, the oil 8, and season with salt and pepper. Emulsify the sauce well 9 and set aside.
