- Breadcrumbs ½ cup (50 g)

- Extra virgin olive oil ¾ tbsp (10 g)

How to prepare Baked Crispy Chicken

To prepare the oven-baked crispy chicken, start by cleaning the chicken breast, removing any cartilage and small bones 1. First, cut into fillets 2, then slightly angle the knife to create slices 3.

In a bowl, place the oat flakes and breadcrumbs 4, then mix. Add the chili powder 5 and paprika 6.

Mix again 7 to achieve an even coating. In another bowl, crack the eggs, add a pinch of salt 8, and beat with a fork 9.
