Preparation

How to prepare Five spice tiramisu

To prepare the 5-spice tiramisu, start with the cream. In a bowl, pour the mascarpone, yogurt 1, room temperature coffee 2, and sweeten with sugar 3.

Finally, season with the 5-spice blend 4. Mix well with a whisk 5 until all the ingredients are well combined 6.

So transfer it into a pastry bag without the tip and put it in the freezer for a bit 7. Move on to the crumble. In a food processor, add the cookies 8, almonds 9,

hazelnuts 10, Chinese spice mix 11, and Macadamia nuts 12.

Operate the blades until you have obtained a crumbly and slightly coarse mixture 13. Then arrange the glasses and move on to the composition. Squeeze a little cream onto the bottom of the glass 14, then dip the ladyfingers broken into 2 or 3 parts for a few moments 15.

Place them in the glass 16 until you create a layer on which to add more cream 17. In total, use 2 ladyfingers per glass. Finally, garnish the top with a spoonful of crumble 18

and some chocolate shavings scraped directly from the chocolate block with the help of a blade 19. Then arrange them on the surface of each glass 20 and your 5-spice tiramisu is ready to be enjoyed 21.

How to store

If you like, you can store the five-spice tiramisu in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1-2 days. Freezing is not recommended.
