PRESENTATION
Nutella brownies, you know, bring a whole new spin to that classic American dessert everyone just loves. I mean, really rich, moist squares with a tender middle. These treats take all the best parts of regular brownies and add this creamy, chocolate-hazelnut twist. Seriously good. Instead of just cocoa or chocolate chips, the Nutella brownies get their deep flavor from that famous hazelnut spread, so they taste like a mix between brownies and chocolate-hazelnut candy. And you know what? What really stands out is the way the Nutella brownie recipe uses granulated nuts on top, giving each bite a crispy edge—so so good with the soft center.
These brownies come out looking golden around the edges with this super-rich color in the middle. And listen, they’re the kind of food that disappears fast. For sure. From little kids to teens and adults, nobody seems able to resist the pull of easy Nutella brownies when they show up on the table. Perfect for birthday parties, family game nights, or just as a quick pick-me-up during a busy day. And here's the thing, these sweet treats are always a hit.
The addition of Nutella makes these brownies extra moist and gives them that smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture you don’t always get with regular brownies. Folks who love homemade brownies will notice the difference right away—the flavor is a bit more sweet and rich. Plus, those crunchy nuts sprinkled over the top add something special. Super tasty. You don’t get that in most simple brownie recipes.
Folks in America have been making brownies for ages, and look, adding Nutella is a fun way to change things up. It’s become one of those Nutella dessert recipes everyone asks for after just one taste. When you want something fast, tasty, and sure to please a crowd, fudgy Nutella brownies really hit the spot. Whether you’re baking for a school event or just looking for quick dessert ideas, this is one of those recipes that fits right in—bringing a touch of hazelnut magic to a true American favorite. Pretty simple.

How to prepare Nutella Brownies
To prepare Nutella brownies, first melt the butter in a small saucepan and heat the Nutella in a double boiler (or in the microwave for a few seconds). Combine the warm melted butter with the warm Nutella 1 and stir with a spatula to mix well 2: this way, you will obtain a smooth and lump-free cream. Let the butter and Nutella mixture cool slightly, in the meantime, pour the room temperature eggs into a stand mixer with a whisk attachment (alternatively, you can use an electric hand mixer) 3.
Set the mixer to medium speed, pour in the granulated sugar 4, and whisk until you get a light and fluffy mixture 5. Now, while the mixer is running, slowly pour in the cooled butter and Nutella mixture 6
and continue whisking until well combined: don't worry if the mixture deflates, it's normal 7. Remove the bowl from the mixer and sift the flour into the mixture 8, then mix well with a spatula, making a folding motion from bottom to top 9.
Grease and flour a rectangular pan measuring 9x13 inches 10 and fill it with the mixture 11, then sprinkle the top with chopped hazelnuts 12. You can bake it in the lower part of the oven, preheated to 340°F, for 20 minutes.
After the baking time, remove the pan from the oven 13 and let it cool slightly, then flip it over onto a cutting board and cut the brownies into squares 14; alternatively, you can cut the brownies directly in the pan, after letting them cool slightly. Your Nutella brownies are ready 15 to be devoured!
