Chicken breast 1.3 lbs (600 g) - sliced
Butter 1.4 oz (40 g)
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp (10 g)
Flour 00 to taste
Whole milk 0.7 cup (170 g)
Thyme 4 sprigs
Fine salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

How to prepare Chicken breasts in milk

To prepare the milk chicken breasts start by cleaning the meat from the pieces of cartilage 1 and the excess fat. At this point, separate the two breasts 2 and obtain from each 4 slices 3.

Then place them on a cutting board 4 and using a meat mallet, pound them 5 to get thin slices 6.

How to store

Milk chicken breasts can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of one day, sealed in an airtight container.
