Lulù Gargari

Ludovica Gargari is a 27-year-old chef, a graduate of the Alma School of Cuisine under Gualtiero Marchesi. During her work experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Milan (Seta by A. Guida), the pandemic broke out, prompting her to start producing content on social media. In her recipe book "Farfalle nello stomaco," she tells us how all these experiences are connected by a common thread. Her cuisine is creative, technical, simple yet healthy, which doesn't necessarily mean boring; quite the opposite! In Italy, you can catch her on TV on Food Network in shows like Lulù & Artusi and The Art of Eating Well, and from June 3, 2023, on Gambero Rosso channel in Lodo and Lulu! Since 2024, she has been the Resident Chef Creator of GialloZafferano.
