Born in 2004, Eva is a young college student with many passions and a strong drive. She loves traveling and has lived in Seattle; since then, she has been enamored with cultural diversity and enjoys discovering new flavors. But above all, she loves cooking, a passion she has cultivated since childhood alongside her mother. Her cooking style is youthful and fresh, appealing to all enthusiasts of good Italian cuisine, characterized by seasonal ingredients, indulgent yet balanced, with a special place for her beloved desserts. She cooks out of passion and to share this happiness with fellow food addicts like herself! In March 2024, she published her first cookbook, "Per passione."
