AURORA CAVALLO, also known as Cooker Girl, started cooking at a very young age; in just a few years, a growing community formed around her, to whom she continues to offer new recipes on her social channels.
From the beginning of her culinary journey, the flavors of her homeland and tradition have blended with those encountered in her travels abroad. After her initial work experiences in Italy and France, enamored with leavened goods, she honed her skills in Copenhagen, where her second book, "Come l'acqua per la farina," was born. In 2022, she was named one of the five most influential creators on social media by "Forbes Italia."
Also in 2022, she received the prestigious Cook Award from "Il Corriere della Sera," and "Fortune Italia" included her in the list of the top 25 creators in our country. During the summer of 2023, she lived in New York, working at One White Street, a Michelin-starred restaurant. In 2023, she published her third book: "Storie di cucina."
