How to prepare Pumpkin spice latte

To prepare the pumpkin spice latte, start with the pumpkin cream: clean the pumpkin 1 by removing the skin, seeds, and fibers, then cut 5.6 oz (160 gr) of pulp into cubes 3.

Place the pumpkin cubes in a large baking dish 4, cover with plastic wrap 5, pierce the surface, and cook in the microwave on high power for 6 minutes 6. If you don't have a microwave, you can steam the pumpkin: it will take about 10 to 12 minutes.

Once cooked, transfer the pumpkin to an immersion blender jar 7 and blend 8 to obtain a smooth and homogeneous puree 9. Set aside.

Now proceed with the syrup: in a small saucepan, pour the water 10, sugar 11, and spices 12.

Add the pumpkin cream 13 and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 2 or 3 minutes, continuing to stir. Set the syrup aside and let it cool 14. Move on to the whipped cream: pour the cold cream into a bowl 15 and add the powdered sugar.

Beat with an electric mixer 16 until you achieve a firm and stiff consistency 17. Now focus on the frothed milk: pour the milk into a large glass 18.

Then take a frother 19 to create the foam 20. Finally, prepare the coffee. You are ready to assemble the cups: pour the pumpkin syrup at the bottom 21.

Add a shot of coffee 22, then pour the frothed milk 23 and stir 24.

Finish by garnishing with plenty of whipped cream 25 and a sprinkle of cinnamon 26. Your pumpkin spice latte is ready to be enjoyed 27!
