The cappuccino frappe (energy-boosting frappe) is a refreshing and creamy frappe with coffee, fresh milk, and cocoa powder, ideal for cooling off on a hot summer day.
The cappuccino frappe recipe was created for students preparing for high school exams, as coffee contains caffeine that helps stay awake even when spending many hours studying. Additionally, milk aids concentration and cocoa regulates mood and anxiety!
The cappuccino frappe is thus an ideal energy-boosting solution even when you are forced to stay indoors studying on a summer day.

To prepare the cappuccino frappe (energy-boosting frappe), start by making two cups of liquid coffee with a moka pot. Then heat milk in a saucepan, add the coffee 1, 3 heaping tablespoons of sugar 2, and two heaping teaspoons of cocoa powder 3, and mix the ingredients well.
Next, place two trays of ice cubes in a blender, add the coffee with milk, and blend immediately at maximum speed until the ice is crushed and the frappe has a creamy consistency. Serve immediately in chilled glass cups and top the mokaccino frappe with whipped fresh cream and a dusting of cocoa powder, optionally garnish each glass with two coffee beans!
