To prepare the chicken and watermelon salad, start with the latter. After slicing it into wedges of 3/4 inch 1, cut into slices 2 and remove the rind 3.
Cut into 3/4 inch triangles 4 and place in a bowl 5. Take care of the rotisserie chicken, remove the larger pieces 6.
From these, create shreds that are not too thin 7, collecting them in a bowl 8 as you go. Finally, prepare the accompaniment. Peel the lemon: just remove the peel with a knife to also remove the white part 9.
Then cut the flesh into chunks 10. Create flakes from the piece of cheese using a potato peeler or knife. Then coarsely chop the hazelnuts 12.
Now move on to the composition. In a bowl, add the shredded chicken, hazelnuts 13, lemon 14, and watermelon 15.
