How to prepare Caprese puffs

To prepare the Caprese puffs, first preheat your oven to 392°F in static mode. Then wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes 1 and cut the mozzarella into cubes 2. Roll out the puff pastry without detaching it from the parchment paper and use a 3.5-inch round cutter 3 to create 8 discs.

Remove the excess dough 4 and prick the discs with a fork 5. Now add a tablespoon of cherry tomatoes on top of each disc 6,
