Easy Cocoa Bundt Cake

Ingredients for a 9 1/2 inches mold with a 8 inches base and a height of 4 inches
Flour 00 3 cups (350 g)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 50 g (50 g)
Sugar 3 cups (150 g)
Eggs 5.3 oz (150 g) - (about 3 medium)
Vegetable oil ½ cup (120 g)
Partly skim milk 1 cup (220 g)
Powdered yeast for sweets 0.6 oz (16 g)
for dusting
Powdered sugar to taste

How to prepare Easy Cocoa Bundt Cake

To prepare the easy cocoa bundt cake, start by breaking the eggs into a bowl and start to lightly beat them with a hand whisk while pouring the sugar 1. Whip for a couple of minutes before pouring and mixing the milk 2 and the oil 3.

Level 10 and bake at 355°F, already hot in static mode, for about 40 minutes 11. Always do the toothpick test before taking out of the oven. Let cool and gently unmold the cocoa bundt cake. Dust with powdered sugar when it's cold 12.

How to store

The cocoa bundt cake can be stored in a container for 2 days. If you want, you can also freeze it, better if cut into slices.
