For about 250 g of Greek yogurt sauce
Greek yogurt 1 cup (250 g)
Garlic 1 clove - small
Lemon peel 1
Lemon juice ½
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Natural plain yogurt 1 cup (250 g)
Lime peel 1
Lime juice ½

Greek Yogurt Sauce

To prepare the Greek yogurt sauce, first place the Greek yogurt in a bowl, then add the crushed garlic clove 1. Pour in the oil 2 and add the lemon zest 3.
