PRESENTATION

When you think of parmesan-crusted chicken bites, imagine taking classic American nuggets and giving them a cheesy upgrade—really, a seriously good cheesy upgrade. These bites? They have a special crispy coating with Parmesan cheese, offering a salty, savory kick in every bite. Inside, the chicken stays tender and juicy, while the outside turns golden and super crunchy. Pretty much, you’ll love that satisfying crunch when you bite in, and the flavor is way, way better than your usual fast-food nuggets.

These bites pair perfectly with various sauces. And the sauce? Whether it’s a tangy herb blend or a ranch dip, they’re ready to be dunked and devoured. Having crispy chicken bites at your party or buffet—seriously fun. Guests can easily grab a handful, and they fit well with other appetizers. The Parmesan crust is what sets these apart, making them different from regular oven-baked chicken options.

Even the pickiest eaters, and I mean even the pickiest, are drawn to that extra cheesy flavor. Whether it’s for game nights or family dinners, a plate of these baked chicken bites adds a fun twist to any table. Here's the deal, compared to the usual panko-crusted chicken, this version is lighter but still packs a moist, flavorful punch. Since they’re baked, not fried, you get all the crispy goodness without the heavy greasy feel.

These bites are easy to share and work well with different dips or sides. Whether you call them parmesan chicken tenders or homemade chicken nuggets, they quickly disappear from any snack tray—especially when everyone’s just hanging out and wants some good, crispy food that’s fun to eat. These parmesan-crusted chicken bites are perfect for bringing people together—making any meal feel like a special occasion with their rich, cheesy flavor and satisfying crunch. Can't go wrong.

Preparation

How to prepare Chicken bites in Parmesan crust

To prepare the chicken bites in Parmesan crust, first make the cheese wafers: place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and evenly distribute 20 g of Parmesan in the center, creating a disk by pressing with the back of 1 tablespoon (1-2). Grill the cheese in the oven for a couple of minutes at 464°F, placing the tray on the highest shelf. As soon as the cheese starts to turn golden and forms bubbles on the surface, remove it 3.

Place the wafer while still warm and soft on an inverted aluminum cup, without removing the parchment paper 4. Press slightly once placed on the cup so that the wafer takes the shape of a basket 5. Place them in the fridge to set for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the chicken bites: cut off the crust from the stale bread 6,

then cut the crumb into cubes 7 and place it in a mixer to chop it 8, transfer the crumbs to a bowl, add salt 9,

pepper 10 and set aside. Cut the chicken breast into cubes of about 1-1.5 inches 11. Also prepare a bowl with the beaten egg and one with 50 g of grated Parmesan, ready for coating the bites 12.

Take a bite, first dip it in the egg 13, then in the Parmesan 14. Dip it again in the egg 15

and finally into the bread crumbs 16. Move on to frying: heat the vegetable oil in a pan and when it reaches a temperature of 338°F (to be measured with a thermometer), immerse the bites 17. We recommend cooking a few pieces at a time to avoid excessively lowering the oil temperature. Cook for about 3 minutes until the chicken is golden. Then drain 18

and place on a tray lined with straw paper or absorbent paper for frying to dry the excess oil 19. Take your Parmesan wafers from the fridge, gently remove the parchment paper, and you will see they have formed into baskets 20. Place them on a serving plate or board, fill them with the chicken bites, and serve the Parmesan crusted chicken bites hot 21!

Storage

We recommend consuming the Parmesan crusted chicken bites immediately; we do not recommend storing them after cooking.

Advice

The chicken bites can also be baked: try static mode at 356°F for about 15 minutes, turning them halfway through. The Parmesan crust can also be cooked, still placed on a sheet of parchment paper, in the microwave for a few seconds at maximum power.
