Crispy onion

Red onions 2
Flour 00 to taste
Coarse salt to taste

Peanut seed oil to taste

How to prepare Crispy onion

To make the crispy onion, peel and cut the red onions into slices about 7 mm thick 1, then further divide each slice in half 2 to obtain strips 3.

Flour the onion slices 4 and remove the excess flour. Heat the seed oil and dip a handful of onions at a time into the boiling oil 5. Fry the onions, turning them often with a slotted spoon until they change color 6.
