- Type 00 flour 1 cup (125 g)
- Honey 0.6 cup (200 g)
- Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
- Whole milk 0.625 cup (150 ml)
- Brewer's yeast 2 - (or fresh 7 g)
- Orange juice ¼ cup (65 ml)
- Orange peel 1 - untreated
- Fine salt 1 tsp (5 g)
- For frying
- Peanut seed oil to taste
How to prepare Rice fritters
To make the rice fritters, first place a high-sided pot with plenty of water on the fire, salt the water 1, add the rice 2, and cook it for about 20 minutes. When the rice is cooked, drain it and let it cool 3.
