- Strawberries 3 ⅓ cups (500 g)
- Whole milk 1 cup (250 g)
- Sugar ¾ cup (150 g)
- Cornstarch 3 tbsp (40 g)
- Lemon juice 1
How to prepare Strawberry Pudding

To prepare the strawberry pudding, first wash and dry them well. Cut off the top part with the leaves using a small knife 1 and transfer them to a tall, narrow container 2. Blend with an immersion blender to obtain a puree 3.

Strain the obtained mixture to remove the seeds 4. In a saucepan, pour the milk 5 and 300 grams of strawberry puree 6, keep the rest of the puree in the fridge covered well, it will be used for the final decoration.

Mix with a whisk 7, then add the sugar 8 and the starch 9.

Mix well to avoid lumps 10 and turn on the heat. Also add the juice of half a lemon 11. Cook on medium heat, stirring often, until it starts to boil and thicken 12.
