How to prepare Raw vegetables, shrimps and taleggio cheese

To make raw vegetables, shrimps and taleggio cheese, start by cutting the watermelon into slices 1; remove the rind and cut into triangles that are roughly 1.2 inches at the base 2. Leave the watermelon to one side and clean the shrimps: remove the head, the tail, the shell and the black string on the back 3.

Thoroughly heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, add the shrimps 4 and brown them for a few seconds on both sides 5. Remove the shrimps from the pan and leave them to one side 6.

Now prepare the vegetables: wash and thinly slice the zucchini with a mandoline slicer 7 8, then thinly slice the cucumber without removing the skin 9.
