To prepare the mini panettone cakes with Nutella®, first cut the panettone into slices 0.4 inches thick 1. From the slices, cut out 12 discs with a 2.4-inch diameter pastry cutter (2-3).
In a bowl, pour the cream cheese 4, heavy cream 5, and honey 6.
Whip with an electric mixer 7 until you obtain a firm and frothy cream 8, then transfer it to a piping bag with a plain nozzle 9.
Now take each panettone disc and fill it with Nutella® 10. Pipe dollops of cream on top 11 to cover the entire surface. Add some pomegranate seeds 12
and proceed with a second identical layer, filled with Nutella® 13, cream dollops 14, and pomegranate. Continue with a third and final layer, again filled with Nutella® 15,
