Spicy Sweet and Sour Chicken Burger



  • 1.41 cups (400g) of chicken breast
  • 3 eggs
  • 3.5 tablespoons (50g) of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup (60g) of flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil

For the Spicy Sweet and Sour Sauce:

  • 1 whole bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup (100g) of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce


Preparation of the Burgers:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
  2. Seasoning: In a bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, sour cream, chopped parsley, and eggs. Add the flour and stir until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Form the Burgers: Using a spoon, scoop portions of the mixture and form into burgers.
  4. Cooking: In a skillet heated with some oil, cook the burgers for about 6 minutes per side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Once cooked, set them aside.
