Ham and Stracchino Cheese Omelette

/5

Ingredients

  • Eggs 6
  • Stracchino cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • Cooked ham 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • Butter 3 tbsps (40 g)
  • Fine salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Procedure

To prepare the omelette with stracchino and cooked ham, place the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste; beat the eggs.

Next, heat a non-stick crepe pan with a 10-inch diameter on the stove along with the diced butter. While the butter melts, spread it evenly with a piece of kitchen paper, then pour in half of the beaten eggs.

Cook for 3-4 minutes over moderate heat, then add the slices of ham and cubed stracchino cheese. Cook for a little while longer.

Finally, using a knife or a kitchen spatula, fold the omelette in half, closing it like a book. With our measurements, you should obtain two omelettes with stracchino and cooked ham, which you can divide into 4 servings and serve.
