Fried Calamari



  • 3 squid cut into rings and dried
  • 2 tablespoons of semolina

- For the batter:

  • 125g of rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Approximately 150-200ml of water (mix together and add water gradually until you reach the desired consistency)


Dip the dried squid in the semolina, then in the batter, and finally in the breadcrumbs mixed with 1 teaspoon of parsley.

Fry in hot vegetable oil.
