Easy Turkey Ham & Cheese Fritters



  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (200 grams)
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (150 grams)
  • 1.75 oz turkey ham, diced (50 grams)
  • 0.7 oz cheese, diced (20 grams)
  • 3.5 oz Greek feta cheese, crumbled (100 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, mix the egg with the Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the flour, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Fold in the diced turkey ham, diced cheese, and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Add the chopped parsley and mix well.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Put the batter into a piping bag and form 6 long fritters in the skillet.
  7. Cook each fritter for about 5 minutes per side until they are golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot.
