Chocolate and Peanut Cake Pops



  • 250g (8.8 oz) peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 100g (3.5 oz) Hazelnut cream

- For the glaze:

  • 200g (7 oz) Dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Blend the peanuts, add the cream, cocoa, create pralines.

Dip them in the melted chocolate glaze over a double boiler with oil, and let them rest in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
